Shipping policy
General Information
Simplycollagen orders ship on Mondays through Fridays from Utah via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders received by 3 PM EST during the business week will ship that same day, however if an order does not ship the same day, it will be prioritized to ship the following business day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship on Monday or in some cases Tuesday depending on the weekend volume.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you did not submit an email, and only left a phone number during checkout, we will attempt to send you a tracking message via SMS. If you do not receive any tracking message within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team.
We are working on expanding into a second warehouse to cut down on shipping times, but please allow up to 4 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to customer service, especially if you’re located further from Utah.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at purchase, but domestic orders of $75 or more will be shipped free of charge within the United States.
United States Standard Shipping
We offer $5.95 standard ground service shipping to all states (free on orders over $75) , but please allow up to an extra 7 business days for orders to arrive in Hawaii or Alaska. Most packages ship via USPS, but depending on your location we reserve the right to use other carriers.
We also offer next-day delivery via UPS Next Day Air service for $45.00 per shipment. While UPS Next Day Air does offer a high success rate, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded due a late delivery.
International Shipping
Simplycollagen does ship internationally where possible (see countries in the dropdown menu during checkout), although depending on the receiving country there are restrictions. Please read the information below carefully.
- Due to the changing complexity of international shipping, subscriptions are not available for international customers. Please select One-Time-Purchase when adding products to your cart.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars ($USD).
- Due to import restrictions, some items may not be available to ship internationally. If you receive an error during checkout this is likely the case.
- All international shipments are charged $9.95 shipping and can take 15 business days or more to deliver.
- On occasion, international shipments require a pickup at a local customs office.
- International shipments are subject to import duties and fees that have not been included in the order total. They may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery on behalf of customs. Simplycollagen is not responsible for these fees.
